Outcome of board meeting of Indo-City Infotech

Indo-City Infotech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on 13 June 2016, has approved the appointment of Pratik M. Mewada, a Company Secretary with effect from 13 June 2016.

In the same meeting, Pratik M. Mewada is also appointed as a Compliance Officer in place of Ramesh Chandra Pusola (CFO) of the Company.
