Outcome of board meeting of Maithan Alloys

Maithan Alloys announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 February 2014 have considered a proposal for amalgamation of Anjaney Alloys (100% subsidiary) with the Company with effect from 01 April 2015. The Board has authorised the Executive Directors and the Company Secretary to draft necessary Scheme of Amalgamation and place the same before the Board for its approval.
