With effect from 30 January 2015
Info-Drive Software announced that the Equity Shares of the Company were permitted to be traded and admitted to dealing on National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) w.e.f. 08 January 2010 under Permitted Category by virtue of its listing on Madras Stock Exchange (MSE).In terms of SEBI Circular dated 22 May 2014, MSE has been derecognized and consequently the trading permission of the Company's Shares on NSE has been withdrawn by NSE vide circular dated 06 January 2015 with effect from 30 January 2015.
However the Company is in the process of making an application with NSE to seek a direct listing.
