Meuse Kara & Sungrace Mafatlal announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 November 2014 transacted the following -

1. The Board of Directors of the Company considered the resignation of Purabi Suryakumar Jhaveri, Chairman and Managing Director (Category: Independent Director) of the Company.

2. The Board of Directors of the Company considered the appointment of Anand Kumar Singh, Director (Category: Independent Director) as a Chairman and Managing Director of the Company; subject to members' approval & for which Extra-ordinary General Meeting will be called at a later date.
