The Board of Directors of the Company considered the resignation of Purabi Suryakumar Jhaveri, Chairman and Managing Director (Category: Independent Director) of the Company.
2. The Board of Directors of the Company considered the appointment of Anand Kumar Singh, Director (Category: Independent Director) as a Chairman and Managing Director of the Company; subject to members' approval & for which Extra-ordinary General Meeting will be called at a later date.
