S R Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 November 2014, have taken the below mentioned decisions:

1. Appointment of Seema Mahajan as additional and Woman Director of the Company.

2. Appointment of Chetna Anand, Company Secretary, as Compliance Officer of the Company.
