Outcome of board meeting of Sakthi Finance

Sakthi Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 November 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:

1. Relinquishment from the post of Chief Financial Officer by Dr. S.Veluswamy with effect from the 14 November 2015.

2. Appointment of M.K. Vijayaraghavan Senior President (Finance and Corporate services) as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 14 November 2015.
