Palred Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 November 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:

1. Took note of proceedings of EGM regarding preferential issue and related matters.

2. Entering into a fresh listing agreement with Stock Exchanges pursuant to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015.
