The Board of Sankhya Infotech at its meeting held on 29 October 2018 has approved the following -Appointment of Munmun Baid as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 1 October, 2018.
The 21st Annual General Meeting of the Members will be held on Wenesday, 28 November 2018 at 12.00 Noon at The Plaza Hotel, Opposite Greenland's Beside CM Camp Office, Beumpet, Hyderabad - 500016, Telangana.
Shifting of the registered office of the Company from 8-2-686/DB/19, Mount View Enclave, Road #12, MLA Colony, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad - 500 034 to Dwarka Central, Plot No. 57, Hi-Tech City Road, VIP Hills, Jaihind Enclave, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana - 500081 w.e.f. 1 November, 2018.
