India Cements to acquire Springway Mining

For consideration of Rs 182.89 crore

India Cements has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement on 28 October 2018 for acquiring the entire shareholding of Springway Mining, in a phased manner, at a total consideration of Rs 182.89 crore with an objective of setting up a cement plant in the State of Madhya Pradesh.
