Outcome of board meeting of Sayaji Hotels

Held on 19 March 2016

Sayaji Hotels announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 March 2016, inter alia, has decided the following;

- To sell 6310558 no. of Equity shares (Sixty Three Lakhs Ten Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty Eight) of Barbeque-Nation Hospitality held by Sayaji Hotels to Sayaji Housekeeping Services (A wholly owned Subsidiary of the Company) at carrying value per share.
