Board of MSP Steel & Power accepts resignation of company secretary

At meeting held on 19 March 2016

MSP Steel & Power announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 19 March 2016, has accepted the resignation of Ruchi Garg from the Post of Company Secretary w.e.f. 21 March 2016.

The above resignation was tendered on 01 March 2016 but was under consideration by the Board, which was accepted in the said Board Meeting held on 19 March 2016.
