Outcome of board meeting of Shoppers Stop

Shoppers Stop announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 November 2014, has granted 4,325 (four thousand three hundred and twenty five) Stock Options to Vipin Bhandari, Chief Executive Officer of Hypercity Retail (India), subsidiary of the Company under Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2008 at an exercise price of Rs. 524/- (Rupees Five Hundred and Twenty Four).
