Outcome of board meeting of Sujana Towers

Sujana Towers annnounced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 December 2015 passed the following resolutions subject to the approval of members of the Company by way of postal ballot:

1. To change the name of the Company from "Sujana Towers" to "STL".

2. To shift of the Registered Office of the Company within the same state.
