Outcome of board meeting of TTK Healthcare

TTK Healthcare announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 January 2015, recommended for the approval of the Members (either at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting or through Postal Ballot), the re-appointment of Dr. K. R. Srimurthy and appointment of S. Balasubramanian as Independent Directors of the Company, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made thereunder and the Revised Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.
