Outcome of board meeting of Winsome Diamonds and Jewellery

Winsome Diamonds and Jewellery announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 June 2015 has noted, accepted and taken on record the reports of Accounting Experts / Banking Experts appointed by the Sharjah Federal Court in the legal proceedings instituted against the UAE based Thirteen(13) defaulting parties for recovery of the Company's outstanding dues in respect of exports made by the Company to them.
