Outcome of board meeting of Shree Surgovind Tradelink

Shree Surgovind Tradelink announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 June 2015, has taken up the following matters for discussions:

1. Resignation of Ashwin Panditpautra, Company Secretary, with effect from 30 May 2015 (closing business hours).

2. Appointment of Chirag Sanghavi as Independent Non-Executive Director the Company w.e.f. 25 June 2015, subject to the approval of members, for a period 5 years who shall not be liable to retire by rotation.
