Aurionpro Solutions announced that as per the Direction of the Honorable High Court at Bombay, the Court Convened Meeting of the equity shareholders of the Company was duly convened on 01 October 2014, and the Scheme of Amalgamation of Intellvisions Software with Aurionpro Solutions was approved with requisite majority by the equity shareholders.
