Piramal Enterprises redeems 4500 NCDs

Piramal Enterprises announced that with respect to the 9,000 Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures having face value of Rs. 10 lakh each bearing ISIN: INE140A07427 ('Debentures') issued by the Company on 21 November 2018 has repurchased 4500 Debentures on 24 September 2019. Consequent to the above and the earlier redemption / repurchase, all the Debentures have now been redeemed / repurchased and the above ISIN will be extinguished.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
