Piramal Enterprises to issue NCDs up to Rs 375 cr

On private placement basis

Piramal Enterprises approved the issuance of Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Principal Protected, Market Linked Non-Convertible Debentures (Debentures) on private placement basis up to Rs. 50 crore along with an option to retain over subscription of up to Rs. 325 crore, aggregating up to Rs. 375 crore.
