Prabhat Dairy announces change in directorate

With effect from 10 November 2015

Prabhat Dairy announced the following changes in the Board of Directors of the Company:

1. Udayan Bose, an Independent Director has resigned from the Board with effect from 10 November 2015.

2. The Board of Directors has co-opted, Soundararajan Bangaruswamy as an Additional Independent Director of the Company with effect from 10 November 2015.
