Pranavaditya Spinning Mills announces appointment of director

Pranavaditya Spinning Mills announced that the Company has appointed Preeti Sheth as director with effect from 11 November 2014.

Preeti Sheth qualifies the criteria for independence as provided under clause 49 of the Listing Agreement and Section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013 and has given a declaration to this effect.
