Rajiv Kaul continues as Executive Vice Chairman of CMS Info Systems
CMS Info Systems announced that the Board of Directors of the Company have now extended the tenure of Rajiv Kaul as Executive Vice Chairman on the existing terms for a further period from 16 September 2022 to 31 March 2023 i.e till his tenure as Whole-Time Director and CEO of the Company.
