Rane Engine Valve announced that with regard to its bank facilities aggregating Rs 200 crore, CRISIL has assigned the following credit ratings:

a. Reaffirmed - Long-Term Rating to 'CRlSlL BBB'. The outlook on long term rating is 'Negative'

b. Reaffirmed - Short-Term Rating to 'CRlSlL A3+'
