RBL Bank allots 2.79 lakh equity shares

RBL Bank has allotted 279,640 equity shares of Rs 10 each on 25 June 2018 under ESOP scheme of the Bank. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Bank has increased from 420,649,785 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating Rs. 4,206,497,850 to 420,929,425 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating Rs. 4,209,294,250.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
