Reliance Industrial Infrastructure announced that Shailesh Dholakia has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 13 July 2016 in place of Sridhar Kothandaraman consequent to his resignation as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from close of business hours on 13 July 2016.
