Route Mobile announces cessation of step down subsidiary

With effect from 09 May 2021

Route Mobile announced that Spectrum Telecom FZ-LLC, wholly owned subsidiary of Route Mobile (UK) and a wholly owned step down subsidiary of Route Mobile, has been voluntarily de-registered with effect from 09 May 2021. This de-registration was a part of internal reorganisation and it will not affect performance or revenue of the Company.
