Salzer Electronics to hold board meeting

Salzer Electronics will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors on 10 May 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve audited annual accounts and audited financial results for the year ended 31 March 2014; to fix the date, venue and time for the 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the year ended 2013 - 2014; to approve the notice calling 29th AGM and Agenda thereof; to consider the proposal of recommendation of dividend, if any, for the year 2013-2014; and to fix the date of Annual book-closure for the year 2013-14.
