Saurashtra Cement standalone net profit rises 376.24% in the March 2021 quarter

Sales rise 37.48% to Rs 243.25 crore

Net profit of Saurashtra Cement rose 376.24% to Rs 31.67 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 6.65 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 37.48% to Rs 243.25 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 176.93 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit rose 27.86% to Rs 72.38 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 56.61 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales rose 10.77% to Rs 673.71 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 608.18 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
