Shankara Building Products standalone net profit rises 52.26% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 30.77% to Rs 678.33 crore

Net profit of Shankara Building Products rose 52.26% to Rs 10.43 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 6.85 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 30.77% to Rs 678.33 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 518.72 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit rose 98.19% to Rs 38.25 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 19.30 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 13.76% to Rs 2247.98 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 1976.04 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
