Shankara Building Products consolidated net profit rises 16.25% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 26.72% to Rs 760.81 crore

Net profit of Shankara Building Products rose 16.25% to Rs 21.61 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 18.59 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 26.72% to Rs 760.81 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 600.39 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit rose 25.55% to Rs 73.80 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 58.78 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 10.33% to Rs 2548.67 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 2310.14 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
