Shree Cement to hold board meeting

Shree Cement will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 5 August 2015, to consider and approve, the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and year ending on 30 June 2015 and to consider recommending final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the said year.
