On private placement basis
Shriram Transport Finance Company has allotted 260 Senior secured rated, listed principal protected market linked redeemable Non-convertible debentures (NCD) on Private placement basis aggregating Rs 26 crore on 11 February 2021.The proceeds of the issue will be utilized for financing of Commercial Vehicles, refinancing of existing debt and other general purposes of the Company.
