Simplex Trading & Agencies to hold board meeting

Simplex Trading & Agencies will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 25 July 2014, to consider the option for increase of Authorized Capital of the Company, subject to consent of the members of the Company, to raise fund by offering, issuing and allotting convertible warrants on preferential basis, subject to consent of the members of the Company, and to issue notice calling the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the company.
