Sintex Industries allots 29.27 lakh equity shares
On conversion of FCCBs
Sintex Industries has allotted 29,27,356 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each of Sintex Industries to Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds holder upon exercise of their conversion Right.Post the allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 58.60 crore dividend into 58,60,44,858 equity shares of Re 1 each.
