Board of Rajputana Investment & Finance approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 20 November 2017

The Board of Rajputana Investment & Finance at its meeting held on 20 November 2017 considered that Rajesh Narayan Pillai 'Non-Executive Independent Director' of the Company has resigned from the post of Independent Director w.e.f 20 November, 2017 and in place of him Santanu Sen has been appointed as a Non -Executive Independent Director w.e.f 20 November, 2017.
