Siti Cable Network announced that the Company has allotted 3,08,00,000 no. Equity Shares consequent upon conversion and cancellation of equal no. of Optionally Fully Convertible Debentures (OFCD) issued & allotted to promoter / promoter group entity under Chapter VII of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009.
