SMS Pharmaceuticals announces change in promoter holding

SMS Pharmaceuticals announced that Raghavendra Rao Potluri who is a shareholder in the Promoter and Promoter Group of the Company has recently expired due to old age. He was holding 57,619 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each in the Promoter Group of the Company. As per the nomination details available with the Depository Participant, the shares were transmitted on 20 November 2015 in the name of Vamsi Krishna Potluri due to the death of Raghavendra Rao Potluri, who is also a shareholder in the Promoter and Promoter Group of the Company. Hence, there is no overall change in the percentage of shares held by the Promoter Group shareholders in the Company.
