Southern Latex appoints company secretary & compliance office

With effect from 21 December 2015

Southern Latex announced that the Board of Directors has appointed Soubhagya Mohakhud as Company Secretary under Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013. He will also be the Compliance Officer as per the Listing Agreement, with effect from 21 December 2015.
