SQS India BFSI to pay interim dividend for FY 2014-15

On or after 27 November 2014

SQS India BFSI announced that the Board of Directors of the Company in the Board Meeting held on 30 October 2014 declared Rs. 4/- (Rupees Four Only) per equity share (@ 40% per equity share of Rs. 10/- each) as the Interim Dividend of the Company for the financial year 2014-15.

The date of payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2014-15 shall be on or after 27 November 2014.
