State Bank of India concludes issue of USD 100mn Green Senior Unsecured Floating Rate Notes

State Bank of India has concluded the issue of USD 100 million Green Senior Unsecured Floating Rate Notes having maturity of 2 years and coupon of 3M LIBOR +80 bps per cent payable quarterly under Regulation-S. The bonds will be issued through its London Branch as of 31 March 2020 and shall be listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
