State Bank of India has approved divestment of entire stake of 7.41% held by the Bank in Equifax Credit Information Services. The share purchase agreement has been executed between the parties to the transaction on 15 January 2020. The sale consideration will be at a price of Rs 67.43 per share for One crore equity shares of Rs 10 each. The transaction is expected to close in 04 FY 2020.
