Strides Pharma Science allots 20,000 equity shares under ESOP

The Board of Strides Pharma Science has allotted 20,000 equity shares under ESOP.

Consequent to the above, paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 89,66,09,640/- consisting of 8,96,60,964 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 89,68,09,640 consisting of 8,96,80,964 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
