Suryavanshi Spinning Mills announces change in company secretary

With effect from 09 February 2015

Suryavanshi Spinning Mills announced that B. Rama Subba Reddy, Company Secretary of the Company, has resigned from the position of Company Secretary w.e.f. 07 February 2015. Further, B. Somasekhara Rao has been appointed as Company Secretary, who shall be the Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 09 February 2015.
