Tanfac Industries delists from Madras Stock Exchange

From 29 December 2014

Tanfac Industries announced that the Company's Equity Shares listed with Madras Stock Exchange have been voluntarily delisted with effect from 29 December 2014, in terms of SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 and removed the name of the Company from the list of listed securities of its exchange.

Futher, the Company's Equity Shares will continue to be listed with Bombay Stock Exchange.
