Tata Chemicals fixes record date for scheme of arrangement

Tata Chemicals has fixed 05 March 2020 as record date for the purpose of determining the shareholders of the Company to whom fully paid up equity shares of Tata Consumer Products shall be issued in consideration for the demerger of the Consumer Products Business of the Company into Tata Consumer Products.
