Tata Global Beverages announces retirement of director

With effect from 26 March 2014

Tata Global Beverages announced that F K Kavarana, Non-Executive Non Independent Director has stepped down from the Board of the Company effective close of business hours on 26 March 2014 consequent upon his reaching the age of retirement, in line with the policy adopted by the Board for retirement of Directors.
