Tata Motors update on cash tender offer for its USD 500 mn 4.625% Senior Notes due 2020

Tata Motors announced that the Cash Tender Offer for its U.S. $500,000,000 4.625% Senior Notes Due 2020, which were listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading (SGX-ST), was completed on 27 June 2018. Accordingly, the aggregate principal amount of Notes that remain outstanding as of the date hereof is U.S. $262,532,000.
