Tata Power Company announced that the Mumbai bench of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) vide its order dated 15 March 2022, has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of Af-Taab Investment Company with The Tata Power Company and their respective shareholders, under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (Scheme).Powered by Capital Market - Live News
