Titagarh Wagons announces change in directorate of subsidiary

With effect from 08 June 2018

Titagarh Wagons announced that Vincenzo Soprano, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has resigned from his position of Director General of Titagarh Firema SpA, Italy (TFA), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, w.e.f. 8 June, 2018, so as to attend to personal exigencies within his family. Soprano will continue to function as a member of the Board of Directors of TFA.
