Tulsyan NEC announced that C S Giridhar has resigned from the post of 'Company Secretary' of the Company on 03 May 2016.Consequently,C. S. Giridhar has ceased to act as Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company with effect from 03 May 2016.
